Empowering Gifted Talent Through Better Learning

A structured program framework for Mawhiba to enhance learner experience and educational impact.

Project Overview

RAISO supported King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity – Mawhiba in building an integrated institutional practice for Policy Management and Business Process Management. The project aimed to move policies and processes from fragmented documentation into a governed, measurable, and sustainable management practice that supports institutional excellence, quality, knowledge management, and change readiness.

The engagement started with a diagnostic and current-state analysis to understand Mawhiba’s existing policies, processes, governance mechanisms, documentation maturity, quality practices, and readiness for excellence qualification. Based on the findings, RAISO designed and activated a practical framework for managing policies and business processes, while building internal capability through the training of 45 Quality Champions across key topics including policies, BPM, Six Sigma Green Belt, process measures, and ISO auditing.

Service Overview

The project combined diagnostic assessment, framework design, practice activation, capability building, ISO readiness, and excellence qualification support. RAISO worked with Mawhiba to assess the current state, design the policies and BPM operating framework, establish governance mechanisms, develop supporting tools and templates, enable internal champions, and support readiness for ISO 9001, Knowledge Management ISO, Change Management ISO, and King Abdulaziz Quality Award – KAQA qualification.
