Privacy Policy

How we handle the personal information you share with us when you use raiso.sa or any RAISO service.

Last updated2026-05-24

1. Who we are

RAISO is a Saudi consulting firm specialising in institutional excellence and capability building. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data we process when you visit our website, contact us, register for a course, or otherwise engage our services.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us using the details in the Footer.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly — your name, email, phone number, organisation, and any notes you write into our contact, training-interest, or registration forms.

We also collect technical information automatically when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This information is used to operate and improve the site.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Card payments are processed by MyFatoorah on PCI-compliant infrastructure; we receive only the transaction outcome and a tokenised reference.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, deliver training and consulting services, issue invoices and certificates, send transactional notifications, and — only when you've consented — share marketing updates.

We may aggregate and anonymise data for internal analytics, but we do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Marketing and unsubscribe

Marketing messages are sent only to recipients who have given consent. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to opt out.

Transactional messages (invoices, certificates, replies to your enquiries) are sent regardless of marketing-consent status.

5. Data retention and protection

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by Saudi tax, commercial, and regulatory law (typically up to seven years for financial records).

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted database connections, and access controls on operator tooling.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email us using the address in the Footer and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
