Lead data-driven improvement projects using the DMAIC method to cut variation, defects, and cost.

Green Belt Six Sigma

This four-day course prepares you to run Six Sigma improvement projects as a Green Belt. You will work a real problem through Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control, applying the core statistical and process tools at each phase. The course maps to the ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt body of knowledge and prepares you for that exam. You leave with a scoped DMAIC project charter and toolkit.
